I wore my daughters “holey” jeans and similar striped shirt last week for a Memorial Day barbecue. AT 47 it was stretching age-appropriateness a bit but I loved it! The rest of the looks are great and me already thinking about mixing and matching with some of my older things.

Hi there! Love your blog, it’s so sweet. I noticed that this is my photo via Instagram and you haven’t given me proper credit (neither has your source the photo via Outfit Finder with the leopard scarf). If you could please credit my Instagram – Instagram.com/darlingdownsouth- or my blog – http://www.darlimgdownsouth.com- that would be great, thank you!

Thank you for taking the time to let me know and your sweet words!!!

Everyone of these outfits are something I would wear this Spring! I feel like this is the first season to completely match what I love about clothing. I am not a huge fashion or trendy person, but a lot of these shown here are a simple twist on classic pieces I already have in my wardrobe. Thanks for sharing! At the age of 45 (nearly 46!) I am officially too old for jeans with holes in them (been there, did that in my teenage years!) but I am loving all the stripes, I have quite a lot of stripy clothes already so I’m looking forward to being “on trend” this spring! The floral skirt is just gorgeous too.
